Kris Wilkinson Hughes aka My Girl the River is a Louisiana native who landed in the UK via a decade of songwriting and performing in Nashville.

Kris is known for her ‘sugared espresso’ voice and hook laden songs that “shimmer with texture, light and shade”

With a brilliant new album due in September which is already garnering five star reviews, My Girl The River are touring the UK as a five piece band through the Autumn into Spring 2027.

They can perform also solo or as a duo in smaller venues.
